Relax your body and refresh your mind with Yoga. The poses are specifically designed to relieve the effects of chronic stress or anxiety. Yoga can be done by anyone, no matter age, size or flexibility. Mind Body & Soul is a small judgement-free wellness center ideal for beginners and intermediate level clients. 6 people maximum per class.

Ayurveda Yoga-Mantra, Movement, and Meditation
David Frawley says that Yoga and Ayurveda addresses our entire nature, our greater life as a spiritual and Cosmic being.
Yoga and Ayurveda have been merged together for over five thousand years, both working together as sciences to remind us that all knowledge and connection to the “One” source is within our mind and heart. Yoga is the science of self-realization, while Ayurveda is a science of healing the diseases of the body and mind. Yoga and Ayurveda bring forth a means to restore the body, mind and spirit back into alignment to our true nature.
Ayurveda is referred to the yoga of healing, using asana(movement), pranayama(breath work),mantra, and mediation along with herbs, oils and food as vehicles of healing. Ayurveda Yoga classes are designed with the seasons and an individual’s constitution in mind to be able to live harmoniously within and to expand that peace out into the universe we live in.
Asana(Poses): Tool for balancing body, releasing tension, improves flexibility, increase flow of energy and remove blocks.
Pranayama: expands the vital life force within us. Assist in calming the mind.
Mantra: Asana for the Mind -repeated aloud or done mentally cleanse the subtle/casual body working on removing subconscious habits and afflictions and blockages that keep us from our higher good or potential.
